SPRING EQUINOX RESET RETREAT - March 20–22, 2026

Step out of winter gently and arrive at the threshold of spring with intention.

The Equinox Reset Retreat is a guided weekend designed to support the transition from the inward, restorative energy of winter into the clarity, movement, and expansion of early spring. Through grounding movement practices, restorative sessions, nourishing meals, sauna ritual, and spacious time to rest, this weekend is structured to help you recalibrate physically and mentally before the season shifts into full momentum.

Expect a calm, supportive environment, small group programming led by Adam and Alex, and the kind of hosting that allows you to fully arrive without needing to manage anything.

Arrive at the turning point of the season — the quiet balance point where winter releases and the light returns.

Beltane Reset Retreat — April 17–19

Timed with the New Moon and the Beltane turning of the season, this weekend lands at the point in spring when energy rises, daylight stretches, and the year begins to move outward again.

Beltane traditionally marks the return of warmth, vitality, and creative fire — a seasonal shift toward connection, expression, and forward movement. The weekend’s practices are tuned to that moment: helping you gather energy, clear internal friction, and re-enter the year with direction.

Across the weekend, movement practices, facilitated workshops, shared meals, sauna ritual, and open space for reflection or making are structured to support that transition — not by pushing momentum, but by helping it return naturally.

Hosted onsite by Adam and Alex, the experience is designed so you can arrive, settle in, and let the structure of the weekend carry you.

A weekend to gather energy, set direction, and step forward with intention.
